The Series 5 Compact Mixed-Signal Oscilloscopes offer 8 channels plus an auxiliary trigger input channel in just 2U of space (at a lower cost per channel). Each FlexChannel™ input channel can be used as 1 analog channel or 8 digital channels.

High fidelity capture with quality data

With 1 GHz analog bandwidth, sampling rates up to 6.25 GS/s on all channels, and 125 M record lengths, the 5 Series compact mixed-signal oscilloscopes offer the performance to capture accurate waveform data with optimal signal integrity.

More signal details are available using 12-bit vertical resolution and a 7.6-bit ENOB at 1 GHz.

The 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) has 16 times the vertical resolution of a conventional 8-bit ADC. It is also possible to measure the details of a signal even for small signals that are superimposed on large signals.
