B2985B Electrostatic Meter/High Resistance Meter, 0.01 fA

The B2985B Electrostatic Meter/High Resistance Meter is a graphical interface electrostatic meter with 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) resolution for measuring small currents and large resistances up to 10 PΩ (10 x 1015 Ω). It has a 4.3-inch LCD color display and a graphical user interface that not only displays numerical information, but also provides data display in trend graph and histogram formats. These front-panel features allow you to capture transient characteristics and quickly perform statistical analysis without relying on a computer. An off-the-shelf setup integrity check software option helps you compare noise levels for various cable connections and fixture arrangements to isolate external noise sources.
