The B2983B femtometer/picoammeter is a graphical interface picoammeter with 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) resolution that helps you measure small currents with confidence. In addition, being battery powered prevents AC power line noise from affecting the accuracy of critical measurements. It has a 4.3-inch LCD color display and a graphical user interface that not only displays numerical information, but also provides data display in trend and histogram formats. These front-panel features allow you to capture transient characteristics and quickly perform statistical analysis without relying on a computer. An off-the-shelf setup integrity check software option helps you compare noise levels for various cable connections and fixture arrangements to isolate external noise sources.
