The Keysight DAQM905A RF Multiplexer Modular Data Acquisition System provides broadband switching for high frequency and pulsed signals. It can be used to route test signals between the device under test and a signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, or other instrument.

This RF multiplexer can be used as two independent 1 x 4 multiplexers, each containing a common shield and switching center conductor. It can be connected directly to an SMB input with 2 GHz of usable bandwidth, or to a BNC-to-SMB adapter with 1 GHz of bandwidth. If your application requires a larger topology, you can also cascade them to form 16:1 multiplexers in a single instrument.
