DG2000 series function/arbitrary waveform generator is a multifunctional signal generator which combines functions of function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, code generator, harmonic generator, analog/digital modulator and frequency meter. The new appearance and humanized interface design bring a friendly user experience.

Touch-screen controls with tap and slide combined with multi-function knobs make it easy to find and update waveform settings; switch between channels, configure each channel, and easily load standard functions or arbitrary waves.

16bit vertical resolution

The DG2000 series generators extend the output with 16-bit resolution. With four times the output voltage resolution of conventional 14-bit generators, the DG2000 can reproduce any waveform more reliably, improving signal fidelity and performance.

SiFi II technology

SiFi II technology allows you to maximize the flexibility of signal representation with filtering options such as stepping, smoothing and interpolation. These options in the powerful Signal Sequencing feature provide precise roll-off control for the signal of your choice. Combine these flexible playback options or use edge times in interpolation mode to customize the range of broadband components in your signal.

Supports multiple signal outputs

Create and combine complex signal sequences for simulation or fault analysis at the touch of a finger. Combine cycles of different waveform types, including double tones, arbitrary waves and noise, to simulate a wide set of test signals. The DG2000 also features the ability to generate RS232 sequences and pseudo-random bit sequences (PRBS) for use in test sequences for advanced applications.

Jitter down to under 200ps

DG2000 series function/arbitrary waveform generators are based on RIGOL's original SiFi II technology, which can generate arbitrary waveforms point by point and restore signals without distortion. The sampling rate is precisely adjustable, and compared with the traditional DDS signal source, the generated signals have lower jitter, and the jitter of all output signals is as low as 200ps.
