Multiple low-frequency outputs

The LF port can output DC, sine wave and square wave signals for various simulation test environments. At the same time, the LF signal is independent of the internal modulation source signal, which is equivalent to providing two independent signal sources for RF and LF at the same time for the application.

Powerful pulse modulation

Generates high-quality pulse modulated signals with typical rise/fall times of less than 10 ns and on/off ratios greater than 70 dB. supports internal and external modulation. Built-in pulse generator can generate pulse trains and output them externally as a stand-alone pulse generator.

Excellent phase noise

High signal purity, phase noise typical value <-112dBc/Hz@20kHz, comparable to similar foreign products; optional high-stability clock reference can get more outstanding near-side phase noise indicators

Excellent amplitude accuracy

Amplitude accuracy of the output is 0.5 dB typical, providing the user with a precise excitation signal.

Wide range high power output

Maximum output amplitude up to +13dBm (nominal), can be set to +20dBm, to meet the amplifier nonlinearity index test

Excellent repeatability provides engineers with enough confidence to test with less than 0.02dB output amplitude change over 72 hours.
