Product Overview

Micsig high voltage differential probes DP series can be selected from 100MHz to 500MHz bandwidth, the maximum input differential voltage up to 7000Vpk, using the standard BNC interface design, applicable to all brands of oscilloscopes. Built-in strong metal shielding, anti-interference ability is stronger, the product is only 2cm thick, compact size, saving space on the table. One-key second zero adjustment, support overload protection alarm and gear power failure renewal. As low as 5mVrms ultra-low noise floor, dual-range design, for different test voltages to provide the best signal-to-noise ratio; using high-resistance design and low input capacitance design, minimize the load effect, the measurement accuracy of ± 2%, and has excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics and the industry's leading common-mode rejection ratio; 5MHz bandwidth limiting function, effective suppression of high-frequency noise and interference, accurate and high-speed measurement of differential voltage signals. Widely used in new energy vehicle power systems, photovoltaic inverters, switching power supplies, a variety of high-frequency high-voltage floating ground or isolated signals and other diverse test and measurement needs.

Excellent amplitude-frequency characteristics

The DP series has excellent bandwidth flatness, with amplitude fluctuations of less than 0.5dB over one-half of the bandwidth, and maintains the accuracy of signal testing even in the high frequency band.

Higher accuracy and common mode rejection

Higher input impedance and lower input capacitance on the input side minimize the load effect and improve the accuracy of measuring differential signals. Higher common-mode rejection ratio performance for large common-mode voltage floating ground measurements at higher frequencies.

The graph shows the common mode signal amplitude of 94.62mV at 100kHz, 207.7V, with a common mode rejection ratio of >-60dB.

ultra-low noise floor

5MHz bandwidth limit (supported by 200MHz and below bandwidth models)
