The PX00B Series Pulse Source Meter is a new high-precision, high-dynamic, digital touch source meter based on the P Series Pulse Source Meter, which integrates voltage and current inputs and outputs, as well as a variety of functions such as measurement.
With maximum output voltages up to 300V, maximum pulse output currents up to 30A, and four-quadrant operation, the PX00B series of source meters are suitable for a wide range of electrical characterization applications, and are especially suited for characterizing modern semiconductors, nano-devices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics, and other small-sized, low-power devices.
