The TH6500 series of high-precision programmable DC power supplies covers 6 models (96W-216W), and its most outstanding advantages are its ultra-high accuracy and resolution as well as extremely fast voltage rise speed. The instrument has a built-in voltmeter and ohmmeter, which is convenient for users to test external voltage and resistance.
TH6500 series power supply are linear, program-controlled output design, so the series power supply has a small ripple, low noise, high precision, stability and excellent performance. The whole series adopts 4.3-inch TFT LED display, all settings and output parameters are displayed on the same screen, which is more intuitive to use.UI design of the instrument adopts menu-based operation, soft keys, knobs to control and enter the parameters, which is easy to use, and can be well adapted to the rapid operation of the production line, as well as the application needs of colleges and universities, laboratories.
The TH6500 series also has powerful editable capabilities. The instrument can save 10 test files, and each test file can be edited with 100 test steps, which can be retrieved with one key when needed, and supports cyclic output of test files.
TH6500 series is equipped with RS232, USB HOST and USB DEVICE interfaces as standard, and optional GPIB interface, supporting SCPI and MODBUS communication protocols, which can be easily purchased from the host computer software or edited to meet the needs of system integration. Small size, standard chassis size and front and rear panels can be output design features, so that the TH6500 series power supply can be easily integrated into standard cabinets.
Functional Features
A.High precision, low ripple, low noise
High-performance DC power supplies are the foundation of accurate testing, and the TH6500 series offers the highest accuracy in the TH6000 family, with a resolution of voltage and current readback values as high as 0.1 mV and 0.01 mA. Ripple at the output of the power supply is controlled to a maximum of 3 mVp-p or less, which dramatically reduces the potential impact of noise on the DUT.
B. Facilitate automated integration
TH6500 series power supply front and rear panels are equipped with outputs, sampling terminals and test terminals, with 1/2 standard chassis size, equipped with a full range of communication interfaces to support SCPI and MODBUS communication protocols, so that it can be conveniently integrated into automation systems.

C.Remote compensation function
When the output current of the instrument is large and the resistance value of the conductor is large, the voltage on the conductor from the output terminal of the instrument to the test piece will be larger, resulting in the actual voltage at the ends of the test piece being smaller than the output voltage of the instrument. Using the remote compensation function can compensate for the voltage drop on the test line to ensure that the voltage at the ends of the DUT is the actual set output voltage.

D. Humanized design
H6500 series are equipped with 4.3-inch TFT LCD display, all setting parameters and output parameters are displayed in the same screen at the same time. The left side of the screen corresponds to the parameter setting area equipped with voltage, current and time quick setting buttons, which is more convenient and intuitive to use. The digital encoding knob and digital keyboard can input the setting parameters quickly and accurately, avoiding the inefficiency and inaccuracy caused by potentiometer adjustment.


E. Strong editorial capacity
The instrument can store 100 groups of state data in the callback list, and each group of data can be set with voltage value, current value, overbonding voltage and overbonding current, which can be directly called up in the callback list when needed (e.g. Figure E-1). The instrument is also designed with a quick call function for 100 trigger files (as in Figure E-2), and each trigger file contains 100 trigger steps (as in Figure E-3). Each trigger step can edit the output voltage, output current, and output time, and each test file can edit the number of times of cyclic output. When receiving the trigger signal, the power supply executes the output task according to the order of the test file, and displays the output status in the page (as shown in Figure E-4).

F. Data logging function
TH6500 series can also record the output voltage, output current and time data, the data sampling rate of about 100ms or so, after the end of the collection in the form of excel table saved in the U disk, easy to analyze the data later.
G. Voltage and resistance measurement function
The TH6500 series power supplies come with a five and a half digit voltmeter and milliohm meter for measuring external voltage and resistance.
