GPT-12000 series electrical safety analyzers provide up to AC 200VA output capacity and comply with IEC61010-2-034 standard (Safety requirements for electrical equipment for measurement/control and laboratory use I. Special requirements for insulation resistance measuring equipment and compressive strength testing equipment).
We provide safety regulations for testing various electronic/electrical products or components as required by IEC, EN, UL, CSA, GB, JIS, and others.
We emphasize the safety of the user during safety testing and provide safety locks, multiple remote control methods, and safe discharge.
Safety testing must emphasize accuracy
The GPT-12000 series electrical safety analyzers offer a wide range of voltage/current settings, providing higher measurement resolution.
Output settings/measurement ranges: AC withstand voltage test (AC 5kV/40mA max), DC withstand voltage test (DC 6kV/10mA max), insulation resistance test (DC 1200V/50GΩ max), grounding resistance test (AC 32A/650mΩ max), and grounding conductivity test (DC100mA/70Ω max).
Measurement Resolution (AC Withstanding Voltage: 1μA; DC Withstanding Voltage: 0.1μA; Insulation Resistance: 0.1MΩ; Ground Resistance: 0.1mΩ; Conductivity Test: 0.01Ω)
Safety testing must consider functionality
The entire GPT-12000 series offers voltage rise and fall time settings and large capacitance testing capability (up to 47uF).
The GPT-12000 series not only provides a display of test results, but also provides a curve scanning function between the test voltage/current and the test results, allowing the user to analyze the voltage/current situation during the test process, which is especially convenient for finding insulation breakdown situations.
