Purcell HCPL030 series high current pulse power supply is a pulse constant current source, the product has the characteristics of steep output pulse edge (10μs), high testing efficiency (40ms, external control relay), support two pulse voltage measurement (peak sampling), support output polarity switching, etc. The single output current 300A supports at least six or more multiple devices in parallel. A single output current of 300A, support at least six or more parallel measurement of multiple devices. The equipment is mainly for wafer testing, and can be used for Schottky diodes, rectifier bridge stacks, IGBT devices, IGBT half-bridge modules, IPM modules and other test occasions that require high currents below 300A, and the equipment can be used to complete the "current-on-voltage" scanning test independently.
