The high voltage source unit is characterized by high output and measurement voltage (8000V) and weak current signal (1nA). The unit operates in the first quadrant, with output and measurement voltages ranging from 0 to 8000 V and output and measurement currents ranging from 0 to 40 mA. It supports constant voltage and constant current operating modes, as well as a wide range of I-V scanning modes. The device can be applied to IGBT breakdown voltage test, IGBT aging power supply, lightning protection diode withstand voltage test, varistor withstand voltage test and other occasions.
