Data Mining Step 4: Waveform Search and Intelligent Labeling
ZDS4000 series oscilloscopes not only provide large 512M waveform data, but also equipped with powerful waveform search function and intelligent labeling function. You can first locate the anomalies in the 512Mpts waveform data through various search conditions such as edge, pulse width, under-amplitude, rise/fall time, period/frequency, etc., and then use the annotation function on the identified anomalous signals to label the anomalous signals. Here, all measurements are fully hardware accelerated by FPGA, and the whole process can be completed in about 1S. Then use the labeling function to label the abnormal signals.
