Simultaneous multi-channel spectrum analysis
Get 4, 6, or 8 channels of spectrum analysis. Hardware digital downconverters (DDCs) in parallel with time-domain signal processing provide powerful functionality.

Fidelity from probe end
With 4, 6 or 8 FlexChannel® inputs, you can use the standard 1 GHz probe to probe circuits. Connect a high-performance single-ended active or differential probe, or use the TriMode probe for simultaneous single-ended and differential measurements from a single probe. Connect the TLP058 logic probe on any FlexChannel input and get 8 digital channels to extend the visibility of your system.

Upgrade on all instruments
- New measurement annotations show reference level, maximum/base level, start/end point, and more.
- A new trace file records commands sent to the programming interface.
Upgrade on the instrument with advanced analysis options
- Instruments with advanced power measurement and analysis (PWR) capabilities add phase response, Tg, and Q(Tg) charts to impedance measurements and support differential probes and phase winding in Bode charts.
- Instruments equipped with the Wide Bandgap Dual Pulse Test (WBG-DPT) feature provide better level determination for switching and timing analysis.
- Instruments with Inverter, Motor and Drive Analysis (IMDA) harmonics add TDD measurements, THD-R and THD-F acquisition trend plots, and support the IEEE519-2022 standard. IMDA-DQ0 gain-equipped instruments fully support resolvers. Instruments equipped with IMDA-MECH get even stronger QEI support.
- Instruments with advanced jitter analysis (DJA) enhance eye diagram mask testing.
- Instruments with NFC wireless protocol decode and search (RFNFC) functionality add support for ISO/IEC 14443B and FeliCa standards.
