Embedded software package (D4000GENB)
Keysight's InfiniiVision oscilloscopes have embedded software packages that enable protocol triggering and decoding for a variety of common serial bus implementations used by engineers for embedded and mixed-signal designs. This includes the following protocols:

Keysight Brings High-End InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Excellence to 4000G X-Series
Analyze the statistical distribution of jitter and noise using waveforms and measurement histograms.
Use the oscilloscope's touch screen to view static histograms of timing jitter and vertical noise. To access the view, simply draw a rectangular "slice" on the horizontal or vertical segment of the repeating waveform.
