Application Areas
High power density, compact design
ITECH has been adhering to the high power density design concept to help customers to optimize the test solution. IT-M3800 series can provide up to 6kW of power in a 1U chassis, and up to 12kW of power in a 2U chassis, which makes ITECH's entire high power density product line more complete and comprehensive.
Wide range design, one for many
IT-M3800 series has 25 models, the single voltage from 10V to 1500V, single current up to 720A. adopts a wide range of output design, compared with the traditional fixed-range output DC loads, provides users with more voltage and current combinations, so that the use of more flexible. A single load can cover a wide range of application requirements, significantly reducing the complexity of system construction and space occupied.
Efficient energy return
The IT-M3800 has an energy recovery function, which can return power to the grid without pollution, and the return can be up to nearly 95%. All the return processes are automatic and safe, and the IT-M3800 is equipped with an automatic grid detection system, which detects the phase voltage and frequency in real time for grid synchronization. It not only saves the cost of electricity, HVAC and refrigeration facilities and reduces noise, but also helps to reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.
Power accumulation, energy saving at a glance
IT-M3800 series utilizes power electronic conversion technology to recycle and reuse the output energy of the power supply under test on the premise of completing the test power experiment. Through internal high-speed voltage and current sampling, users can directly view the current power parameters in the instrument panel, including the voltage, frequency and power of each phase. You can also view the total power, the current total power back and the historical total power back, so the energy-saving effect is clear at a glance. After power failure and reboot, IT-M3800 series can continue to accumulate power based on the power before the last power off.
Battery Discharge Test
The IT-M3800 series is equipped with a discharge test function, which is suitable for discharging all kinds of portable batteries. Three test shutdown conditions can be set by yourself: shutdown voltage, shutdown capacity and discharge time. When any one of the three conditions is met, the test will be automatically interrupted. Battery voltage, discharge time and discharged capacity can be observed during the test.
Highly efficient parallel technology
Considering the convenience and versatility of users, IT-M3800 utilizes the master/slave control mode, which allows multiple loads to be connected in parallel to meet high-power testing needs. Meanwhile, it adopts fiber optic parallel technology to fully solve the problems of slow speed and poor accuracy that exist in the traditional parallel mode, which is suitable for calibration and metrology, R&D labs, production lines and ATE test setups.
Multiple operating modes
The IT-M3800 is equipped with CC/CV/CW/CR basic operation modes.
The IT-M3800 is equipped with four compound operation modes, including CC+CR, CV+CR, CV+CC and CC+CV+CW+CR, which can be adapted to the testing needs of a wide range of occasions.
