Keithley 2002 Series: 8½-Digit Multimeter with Scanning Function

This 8½-digit Model 2002 high-performance digital multimeter not only offers performance specifications normally found only in instruments costing thousands of dollars, but also has many features not normally found in a DMM. With 1nV DCV sensitivity and 0.0006% basic accuracy, this DMM also has 18 measurement functions. For even more flexibility, an additional multiplexer card can be inserted into the built-in card slot on the rear panel for multipoint measurements.
