brief introduction
ZCLK-001A Acoustic Laser Analyzer can test the performance parameters of electro-acoustic products including frequency response curve, impedance curve, harmonic distortion, intermodulation distortion, heterodyne test and so on.
One of the weaknesses of the traditional test system is the noise test. The so-called rub and buzz refers to the annoying noises generated when testing a loudspeaker with a swept signal, which are caused by system nonlinearities. Most of the noises are caused by manufacturing defects in the loudspeaker, such as loose diaphragms, loose coils, non-centered diaphragms, rubbing of coils, air leaks, or other defects. These defects cause short impulses with sudden changes in transient energy, resulting in ear-splitting noises. Trained listeners can effectively distinguish the noises, but it is labor intensive and hearing fatigue reduces the accuracy of the test, making it unsuitable for product testing on production lines.

Function
I: Functional Tests TS Parameter Tests under Small Signal Conditions
Electrical and mechanical characterization parameters such as the main key loudspeaker parameters (Rms, Kms, BL, Re, Res, FO, Mms, Cms, Qms, Qes, Qts)
II: DIS Functional Test: Analyzing and Monitoring the Laser Vibration State
Realize single-point and multi-point monitoring of speaker diaphragm position. Analyze the relationship between the product and the diaphragm vibration displacement under different input power, and the diaphragm swing split vibration state. Test the vibration symmetry of the speaker diaphragm and the displacement consistency under multi-point position, and analyze the segmented vibration modes of the product.
Acoustic Function: MIC tests the acoustic performance of loudspeakers as well as pure tone and other parameters.
Including (FR, SPL, THDHD, HOHD, Rub&buzz, BBN, IMP, Puresound) advantages to meet the general acoustic manufacturers of acoustic performance testing requirements, simple and convenient not only as a research and development analysis, but also as a production line batch testing. This equipment integrates the mainstream acoustic test application software, and push the new, and according to the acoustic industry 20 years of experience in the application of adding a real alternative to the human ear pure tone test function. With the appropriate hardware can completely replace the human ear test pure tone.
Four: DC bias test function to check the product voice coil position in different positions on the performance of the state
It is possible to attach a positive or negative DC ofiset to the loudspeaker test signal, so that the voice coil position is positively or negatively biased when the loudspeaker is working. The bias voltage of the actual speaker is tested by voltage recovery, and the bias displacement of the speaker's voice coil is tested by laser in real time. The acoustic performance indicators, including (FR, THDHOHD, pure tone) and other trends under different bias displacements were tested.
