The 6330A series of high-speed DC electronic loads improves the processing speed of the CPU operating frequency, baud rate (baud rate), and syntax analysis program, and adds a synchronized parallel execution function to increase the speed of operation, making it an ideal choice for automated test system integration to increase the volume of production testing. This feature of constructing the system by inserting the load module directly into the system mainframe not only provides simple system configuration, but also facilitates future system reorganization.
The 6330A series of electronic loads currently offers 12 load modules with power ranging from 20W to 1200W, current up to 240A, and voltage measurement from 0.5mV to 600V. Each module adopts an isolation and ground floating connection to avoid short circuit loops, and each load module has two-stage current and voltage measurement files, and the design of the master/slave interface allows for the simultaneous execution of multiple electronic load module pulling applications. The load can be operated in constant current, constant voltage, constant power and constant resistance modes.
6330A series electronic load can simulate various dynamic load states, the user can edit the load waveform by editing the load voltage, load current, load rate of rise, load rate of fall, the current level of hold time and other parameters. Moreover, with up to 100 groups of test parameters and state storage capacity, the system can be used at any time according to the automatic test demand, from the instrument storage unit out of any use.
6330A series electronic load synchronization and parallel control mode can do multiple outputs to be tested synchronous dynamic test, and parallel to increase the power of the load in order to apply to high-power to be tested for the test.
Any of the 6330A load modules is a multi-segment, 16-bit, high precision voltage and current measurement circuit. Measurement and adjustment of on-line voltage or simulation of short-circuit testing can be accomplished through a simple keypad on the front control panel. In addition, the 6330A offers an optional remote control for automated production lines.
The 6330A has a self-diagnostic system designed to maintain the daily use of the instrument. It also has OP, OC, OT protection and OV, positive and negative reverse alarm functions, thus ensuring the reliability of the product, which is a reliable product for engineering test and automatic test system integration.
The 6330A utilizes current advanced FET technology to reduce the input impedance to a very low level, allowing it to provide high load currents even when the input voltage to the load module is very low. For example, the 6330A can provide a load current of 60A at an input voltage of 1V. It is ideal for testing the new generation of 3.3V low voltage power supplies.
