5MHz bandwidth, smooth frequency characteristics and stability

PA8000 is one of the few power analyzers in the industry with 0.01% accuracy and current and voltage frequency bandwidth up to 5MHz, which fully meets the power measurement of future high-speed switching devices represented by SiC.

Phase measurement accuracy at low power factor

The PA8000 power analyzer has a bandwidth of DC/0.1Hz-5MHz. Due to the PLL source frequency doubling technology, faster and wider dynamic range of harmonic measurements can be achieved, and accurate testing of voltage, current fundamental, power, phase, harmonic components and Total Harmonic Distortion Factor (THD) can be realized in the harmonic mode.

1ms high speed data update rate

The PA8000 is one of the few power analyzers in the world that can be set to a 1ms high-speed data update rate. We have added a 1ms-5ms high-speed data acquisition mode to the PA8000's features. The 1ms data update rate captures fast-changing transient signals and can show the details of the waveform. For example, in the motor industry, the PA8000 can completely measure the motor start-up waveform, which can provide users with an important basis for evaluating motors.

Current sensor phase compensation function

When using the current sensor as an input, due to the delay of the sensor itself, it will increase the phase error of the voltage and current, and the phase compensation function of PA8000 can correct the phase error brought by the sensor, which can improve the power measurement accuracy under high frequency and low power factor, thus ensuring the overall system power measurement accuracy.
