TH6300 series wide range programmable DC power supply covers nine models (200W-600W), its wide range output design features make it can simultaneously meet the small voltage and high current or large voltage and small current output requirements, which greatly compresses the equipment cost for customers. In addition, this series of power supply also has a built-in digital voltmeter, which is convenient for users to test the external voltage.<\/p>\n

TH6300 series power supply are linear, program-controlled output design, so this series power supply has small ripple, low noise, high precision, strong stability and excellent performance. The whole series adopts 4.3-inch TFT LED display, all settings and output parameters are displayed on the same screen, which is more intuitive to use.UI design of the instrument adopts menuized operation, soft keys, knobs to control and input parameters, which is easy to use, and can be well adapted to the rapid operation of the production line, as well as the application needs of colleges, universities and laboratories.<\/p>\n

The TH6300 series also has powerful editable capabilities. The instrument can save 10 test files, and each test file can be edited with 100 test steps, which can be retrieved with one key when needed, and supports cyclic output of test files.<\/p>\n

TH6300 series is equipped with RS232, USB HOST and USB DEVICE interfaces as standard, and optional GPIB interface, supporting SCPI and MODBUS communication protocols, which can be easily purchased or edited by the host computer software to meet the needs of system integration. The small size, standard chassis size and front and rear panel outputs make the TH6300 series power supplies easy to integrate into standard cabinets.<\/p>\n

A. Wide-range output<\/strong><\/p>\n

TH6300 series power supply can meet the large voltage and small current output or small voltage and large current output power supply in the rated power range. As shown in the figure, when the power supply voltage reaches the maximum value, the current range will automatically switch the range to adapt to the rated power limitation; when the power supply current reaches the maximum value, the voltage range will automatically switch the range to adapt to the rated power limitation; in the area of the arc pointed out by the arrow, the range of the post-set parameter (voltage or current) will be subject to the rated power limitation.<\/p>\n

B. Facilitating automated integration<\/strong><\/p>\n

TH6300 series power supply front and rear panels are equipped with outputs, sampling segments and digital voltmeter terminals, with 1\/2 standard chassis size, equipped with a full range of communication interfaces, support for SCPI and MODBUS communication protocols, so that it can be easily integrated into automation systems.<\/p>\n

C. Remote compensation functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

When the output current of the instrument is large and the resistance value of the conductor is large, the voltage on the conductor from the output terminal of the instrument to the test piece will be larger, resulting in the actual voltage at the ends of the test piece being smaller than the output voltage of the instrument. Using the remote compensation function can compensate for the voltage drop on the test line to ensure that the voltage at the ends of the DUT is the actual set output voltage.<\/p>\n

D. Humanizing design<\/strong><\/p>\n

H6300 series are equipped with 4.3-inch TFT LCD display, all setting parameters and output parameters are displayed in the same screen at the same time. The left side of the screen corresponds to the parameter setting area equipped with voltage, current and time quick setting buttons, which is more convenient and intuitive to use. Digital encoding knob, digital keyboard can quickly and accurately enter the setup parameters, avoiding the inefficiency and inaccuracy brought about by potentiometer adjustment, and the output cut-off switch can effectively protect the measured parts and the instrument itself.<\/p>\n

E. Strong editorial capacity<\/strong><\/p>\n

The instrument can store 100 groups of state data in the callback list, and each group of data can be set with voltage value, current value, overbonding voltage and overbonding current, which can be directly called up in the callback list when needed (e.g. Figure E-1). The instrument is also designed with a quick call function for 100 trigger files (as in Figure E-2), and each trigger file contains 100 trigger steps (as in Figure E-3). Each trigger step can edit the output voltage, output current, and output time, and each test file can edit the number of times of cyclic output. When receiving the trigger signal, the power supply executes the output task according to the order of the test file, and displays the output status in the page (as shown in Figure E-4).<\/p>\n

F. Data-logging functions<\/strong><\/p>\n

TH6300 can also record the output voltage, output current and time data, the data sampling rate of about 100ms or so, after the end of the collection in the form of excel table saved in a USB flash drive, easy to analyze the data later.<\/p>\n
