In this series, PEL-3031AE provides 300W ( 1V~150V/60A) and PEL-3032AE provides 300W (2.5V~500V/15A) load capacity. Inheriting the LCD panel and operation interface of PEL-3000A series, it is easy to operate and visually clear at a glance. This model is a high-speed and accurate measurement tester for low and medium power electronic components, batteries, mobile power and power supply product applications.

The PEL-3000AE series is suitable for 60mA or more potting current and measurement applications, including chargers, adapters, various power devices and mobile power measurement applications.

The PEL-3000AE provides 7 operation modes, 4 of which are Constant Current, Constant Voltage, Constant Resistance and Constant Power, and the other 3 are Constant Current + Constant Voltage, Constant Resistance + Constant Voltage and Constant Power + Constant Voltage. Users can choose different operation modes according to the testing requirements of the product. under CC mode, the electronic load will absorb constant current according to the set current value; under CV mode, the electronic load will try to absorb enough current to control the source voltage to the programmed value; under CR mode, the electronic load will absorb current linearly proportional to the input voltage according to the set resistance value; under CP mode, the electronic load will start the load power absorption operation (power setting) according to the programmed value. power setting to initiate load power absorption operation (load voltage x load current)

To meet the needs of different tests, the static function absorbs a constant current; the dynamic function switches periodically between two absorption conditions; and the sequence function provides tests for more than 2 absorption conditions. Sequence function can be divided into normal sequence and fast sequence. Normal Sequence is the most flexible way to generate complex sequences, which allows the user to establish a set of changeable current absorption conditions based on different absorption conditions (CC, CR, CV or CP mode) and time (adjustable range: 1ms~999h59min59s). The fast sequence allows a minimum step resolution of 25 us. setting the parameters in multiple steps can simulate continuous current changes in a variety of real-world load conditions. For example, when using an electronic load to test the power supply of a power driver tool, we first obtain a waveform using an oscilloscope current probe, and subsequently use the obtained waveform to edit the simulated current waveform to test the power driver tool and analyze its operating status through the sequence function of the electronic load. The soft-start function allows the user to determine the rise time of the absorbed current, i.e. to determine the time required to reach the set current, resistance or power value of the electronic load. Setting the correct rise time for soft-start effectively counteracts output voltage fluctuations caused by transient output currents of the object under test (power supply). It is important to note that soft start is not available for general DC loads. When performing high speed current sinking operations, the inductive effect on the cable connecting the electronic load to the DUT will result in a transient voltage drop across the input terminals of the electronic load, and therefore a non-monotonic increase in voltage. the PEL-3000AE's soft-start feature not only allows for a monotonic increase in the output voltage, but it also prevents inrush currents and inrush voltages from occurring on the object to be measured. For example, testing using a power supply, LEDs and a DC load (with the soft-start feature activated) prevents inrush currents and inrush voltages from harming the LEDs.

The PEL-3000AE's built-in BATT test automation for battery discharge applications provides more flexible discharge stop settings as well as ramp-up and ramp-down transition rates for discharge current settings. OCP,OPP test automation for the object to be tested (e.g. power supply) provides users with high resolution measurements to verify the activation point of the object to be tested. Provide users with measurement results to help them determine if the actual overprotection activation point of the object to be tested meets regulations. In addition to this, the PEL-3000AE provides the user with analog control terminals for controlling the PEL-3000AE via external voltages, external resistors and switches. The analog control terminal can also monitor the status of the electronic load and display alarm protection.

7 operation modes: CC, CV, CR, CP, CC+CV, CR+CV, CP+CV

Programmable Fast/Normal Sequence Function

Soft Start

Maximum rise time: 2.5A/μs

dynamic mode

Protection: OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, RVP, UVP

remote sensing

Integrated voltage, current, and power measurement

Supports external voltage and resistance control

Rear panel BNC connector Trigger IN/OUT

External Analog Control Interface

Interface:LAN/USB/RS-232C & RS-485(standard),GPIB(optional)

[3532
1886,404,52
1892
0":"post-8231","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","6":"product_brand-gwinstek","7":"product_cat-ac-power-supply","8":"product_cat-dc-load","9":"product_cat-tydzcs","10":"product_tag-1892","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"purchasable","16":"product-type-variable","17":"has-default-attributes
["GET
