If an open circuit occurs during the test process, it will lead to the misjudgment of defective products as good products; if a short circuit occurs, it can be known and screened in advance, reducing the damage to fixtures and equipment and saving test costs.<\/p>\n<p>Generally speaking, voltage withstand test products are capacitive (Cx), which may range from tens of pF to several \u03bcF under normal conditions. Once a connection is broken, a small capacitance will be formed at the interface of the broken circuit (Cc in Fig. 2), generally less than 10pF, and the overall capacitance will be much lower than the normal product phenomenon. When the object to be measured is short-circuited or close to being short-circuited, the capacitance will be much higher than normal. Leakage Current test is done under the operation condition. Leakage Current test will add a human body simulation impedance circuit, can simulate the size of the leakage current through the human body in real conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Leakage current has different test modes according to different safety standards, and there are also different leakage current standards according to different test points.
