The Keysight 34465A six-and-a-half digit multimeters offer excellent accuracy, speed, and resolution. They are capable of measuring very small currents down to the 1 μA range, making them suitable for very low power devices. The 34465A is capable of auto-calibration during measurement execution, so even though the instrument may experience temperature drift/variation, you can be assured that the measurement is calibrated.

Graphical features, including trend graphs and histograms, help users quickly gain deeper insights. This six-and-a-half-digit multimeter offers a data logging mode for easy trending, plus a digitizing mode that lets you capture transient features.
