Product Overview: Fluke 1736 and 1738 Three-Phase Power Quality Recorders
The Fluke 1736 and 1738 three-phase power quality recorders feature Fluke Connect® mobile app and desktop software compatibility, giving you the data you need to make important power quality and energy consumption decisions in real time. 1736 and 1738 perform energy analysis and basic power quality logging, making them the ideal test tools for automatically acquiring and logging more than 500 power quality parameters, giving you better visibility into the data you need to optimize system reliability and save money. The 1736 and 1738 are ideal for power analysis and basic power quality logging, automatically acquiring and logging over 500 power quality parameters, giving you better visibility into the data you need to optimize system reliability and save money. With the Fluke 1738 Advanced Power Quality Recorder, you can perform advanced analysis using the enhanced Power Quality Health Profile (EN50160) feature, giving you a quick overview of the overall health of your electrical system. The Power Quality Health Profile is an evaluation of recorded data based on detailed power quality measurements, including visual event waveform capture, giving you better visibility into the data you need to optimize system reliability and save money.
With an optimized user interface, flexible current probes, and intelligent measurement verification, you can reduce measurement errors by verifying and correcting common connection errors, making setup easier than ever and reducing measurement uncertainty. Remote access to data and sharing with your team through the Fluke Connect® app lets you maintain a safer working distance and make important decisions in real time, reducing the need for protective gear and field visits. You can also use the included Fluke Energy Analyze Plus software package to easily graph your measurements, help identify problems and create detailed reports. As an optional feature, you can also create IEEE519 reports that provide insight into harmonic levels, voltage/current distortion, and load current (license required).
Other useful features:
- Data is available on loggers, the Fluke Connect mobile app and desktop software, or through your facility's Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Measurement of all 3-phase and neutral wires with the supplied 4 flexible current probes
- Power supply to the instrument directly from the measurement circuit
- Check measured values during recording sessions and before downloading for real-time analysis
- 1738 includes event waveform snapshots and high-resolution true RMS profiles, as well as date, time stamp, and severity to capture transient drops, transient rises, and inrush currents and help identify potential causes of power quality problems
- 1738 also provides a snapshot of the overall health of the electrical system through a power quality health profile
- Provides a bright color touchscreen display for easy on-site analysis and data checking
- Helps you always capture the right data with a fast, guided graphical user interface
- Reduce connection uncertainty with intelligent verification features
- Allows you to complete field setup from the front panel or the Fluke Connect app on your smartphone
- Provides fully integrated logging with other Fluke Connect-enabled devices for simultaneous logging of up to two additional measurement parameters* on a Fluke Connect wireless digital multimeter or module
- Energy Analyze Plus application software is included, enabling you to analyze every detail of your energy consumption and power quality health and create automated reports
Record the most common parameters
The Models 1736 and 1738 are designed to measure the most critical three-phase power parameters, simultaneously recording rms voltage, rms current, voltage and current events, voltage and current THD, voltage and current harmonics up to the 50th harmonic, active power, reactive power, power factor, active energy, reactive energy, and more. More than a year's worth of data logging can identify problems that may have been missed or difficult to detect.
Analysis and reporting
Getting logged data is only part of the job. Once you have the data, you need to create useful information and reports that can be easily shared and understood by your organization or customers, and Fluke Energy Analyze Plus software makes this easy. With powerful analysis tools, customized reports can be created in minutes, allowing you to communicate findings and quickly resolve issues, so you can optimize system reliability and save money.
