The High Voltage Source Measurement Unit is characterized by high output and measurement voltages (3500V, extendable to 10kV) and weak current signals (1nA). The unit operates in the first quadrant with output and measurement voltages from 0 to 3500 V and output and measurement currents from 0 to 100 mA.
It supports constant voltage and constant current working modes, as well as rich I-V scanning modes. The equipment can be applied to IGBT breakdown voltage test, IGBT aging power supply, lightning protection diode withstand voltage test, varistor withstand voltage test and other occasions. Its constant current mode is of great significance for fast measurement of breakdown point.
