The TH6600 series combines two devices, a power supply and a load in a 3U footprint. In source mode, it is a standalone, powerful power supply that delivers power, and in sink mode, it is a standalone feed-back load that absorbs power and returns energy efficiently and cleanly to the grid.The TH6600 series has standard dual quadrant functionality.
TH6600 series are designed with 3U standard rack height and 19-inch rack width, higher power density, more convenient for customers to integrate and component test system.
TH6600 series support master-slave mode parallel, the power can be extended to a maximum of 480kW, active current function can ensure that each instrument are not working in the maximum power state; built-in function generator, built-in a variety of waveform templates and edit arbitrary waveforms, and can be imported through the USB interface LIST to generate waveforms.
TH6680 series adopts 7-inch TFT capacitive touch screen, unique human interaction experience is more friendly to the operator; 7-inch space makes displaying information richer and setting parameters more convenient; dual 32-bit CPU and FPGA chip architecture ensures the instrument output and user response is more timely; meanwhile, it comes with rich measurement functions; therefore, it is a highly reliable and efficient instrument for setting and measurement.

Technical Parameters
A. Wide Range Output
Wide range power supply has wider output voltage and current range than ordinary power supply, single model power supply can meet the customer's multi-specification product testing needs. Power supply voltage and current output is limited by the limit power, reduce the output current can get higher voltage or reduce the output voltage can get more output current, so it is more flexible than the traditional "matrix" power supply. As shown in the figure:

B.Bidirectional power supply
TH6600 series bi-directional feed-back high power DC power supply can be used as both source output (forward current) and carrier absorption (reverse current), and has CV, CC, CR, CP operation in both power and load modes, which is suitable for product testing in the fields of electric vehicle motors, controllers, and electric vehicle powertrain systems.
The TH6600 series of bi-directional feed-back high power DC power supplies can be quickly and seamlessly switched between output and absorption currents, effectively avoiding voltage or current overshoot, and are suitable for batteries, battery packages, and battery protection boards and other energy storage equipment testing.

C. Feedback energy absorption
TH6600 series bidirectional feed-back high power DC power supply with feed-back energy absorption function, up to 93% energy feedback efficiency, can be directly returned to the power network directly after the use of electricity, rather than ordinary power supplies as directly as thermal energy consumption, greatly reducing the cost of electricity users.
Due to its direct electrical energy feedback, it avoids the large volume and heat of the instrument brought about by thermal energy consumption, as well as the expenses brought about by the use of air conditioning or other refrigeration systems in order to emit heat; it also reduces noise and avoids the greenhouse gases or hazardous gases produced in the process of refrigeration, which are harmful to the environment.
Another benefit of the feed-back feature is that a single unit can deliver high power in a small footprint (up to 15kW in a standard size of 3U height), which greatly saves the volume required to house the instrument.

D. Master-slave mode parallel with extended outputs
Since the single output supports a maximum of 360A and a maximum power of 15kW, for higher power or current output, multiple instruments of the same type need to be output in parallel.
The TH6600 series supports parallel operation in the mode of master and slave. If multiple instruments are parallel, one of them should be set as master and the rest of the instruments as slaves, so that all the slaves can be controlled by the master, and the whole parallel system can be regarded as the operation of a single instrument at this time.

Master-slave mode parallel support for 1 mainframe, up to 15 standalone units, and a total of 16 units.

E. Data logging function, timing function
During product testing, it is often necessary to record product measurement parameters in real time for product quality analysis or test result traceability.

The built-in data logging function of TH6600 series supports to record the current measured voltage, current, power, resistance, etc. of the instrument to the cache by time interval, set the number of records or timer, and automatically save the test results to an external USB flash disk with the file format of CSV.

The timing function supports cutting off instrument outputs/inputs in a countdown mode.
F.Built-in function generator
The TH6600 series has a built-in true function generator applied to the output voltage or output current.
The instrument has built-in standard waveforms such as sine, triangle, square and trapezoidal waveforms, which can be recalled and output at any time.
The instrument supports test sequences or arbitrary signal generators to generate more complex function signals, which can be divided into 99 groups of sequences for R&D and product testing. The generated function signals and sequences can be stored to a USB flash drive for easy recall.

G. Advanced Features: List Test
The TH6680 series advanced features support list testing, for which complex test steps are required, a list test sequence can be performed.

The list test supports source/carrier voltage, source current, carrier current and time settings, and up to 99 groups of test sequences can be set, and the test sequences can generate arbitrary wave files for function signal generator to call.

I. Advanced Features:PVbeta (software)
TH6600 series advanced features support PV PV test function, easy to test PV panel PV function.

Simple PV testing is relatively simple, requiring only the setting of Uoc (open circuit voltage), Isc (short circuit current), Umpp (voltage at the maximum power point) and Impp (current at the maximum power point).

After loading and running, the interface can be loaded at any time to change the illumination value, that is, the corresponding output value can be obtained.

J. Advanced Features:MTTPMaximum power point tracking test
Since the PV Simple PV Test function is too simple to automatically track the PV maximum power point, the TH6600 series provides an advanced MTTP function to automatically track the PV maximum power point.

The MTTP function supports the following four test methods:
- MPPT1: Find the maximum power point, stop when found

- MPPT2: Quickly find the maximum power point, after finding it, track the maximum power point in real time according to the set value.

- MPPT3: Real-time tracking of maximum power points based on input maximum power points

- MPPT4: Read the relevant .CSV file on the USB flash drive to find the maximum power point in the customer's setpoints
