Highly stable output capability
All series models provide AC 200VA output capacity and use high efficiency PWM amplifiers to effectively avoid the influence of input power supply voltage variations or waveform distortion, to ensure that AC withstand voltage test to provide stable high voltage output to the object under test.

Designed for total protection
For safety considerations, the GPT-9800 series uses software/hardware control to provide power-on self-test, zero-point startup, detection of abnormal output voltages during testing, the ability to quickly cut off output voltages when the set upper/lower limits are exceeded (150μs), and even provides the function of plugging in a special interlocking terminal in order to allow normal output of the safety tester. In addition, each test is automatically discharged after completion (200ms) to avoid excessive test voltage on the object to be tested, which may cause injury to the user.

In terms of operation, observation and measurement performance, the GPT-9800 series is designed with simple buttons and paired with a highly visible dot-matrix blue LCD display, as well as different colors of high-brightness LEDs as status indicators, making the entire operation setup and measurement viewing easier and more readable.

In addition, it provides the main functions required for testing, AC withstand voltage test (AC 5kV/40mA), DC withstand voltage test (DC 6kV/10mA), insulation resistance test (DC 50V~1000V/9500MΩ), and ground impedance test (AC 30A max./650mΩ), and is equipped with the output adjusting resolution, measuring resolution, voltage climb, time setting, upper/lower limit judgment setting, etc., allowing users to perform all the required tests and obtain accurate measurement results. With output adjustment resolution, measurement resolution, voltage creepage, time setting, upper/lower limit judgment setting, etc., it allows users to perform the required tests and obtain accurate measurement results.
Other functions and features of the GPT-9800 series include: wire break detection (only for ground impedance testing) to avoid misjudgment of measurement results caused by broken wires, 100 sets of memory groups for storage of different test conditions, multiple memory groups can be combined to do automatic continuous testing, front panel remote terminal block/rear panel Signal I/O to provide customers with a more convenient and responsive way to control the output/abort of the safety tester. Even for users who need computerized control and recording of test results, RS-232C, USB and GPIB (optional) interfaces are available.
