The 61700 series programmable AC power supply can output pure three-phase AC power. Users can set the output voltage and frequency arbitrarily, and measure the output characteristics, which are displayed on the LCD screen. It provides a good power simulation tool for R&D and QA personnel to test products in various conditions. It can also be used in production lines as an automatic test equipment for mass production.
The phase voltage of 61700 series can be up to 300VAC, and each phase can be set to a different voltage, and even do under-phase output. The phase angle between each phase can also be set, ranging from 0 to 360°, and these features can be used to simulate three-phase unbalanced conditions. Because the output frequency range of 61700 series can be from 15Hz to 1200Hz, it can be used in the aviation, marine and other systems or parts testing.
This series of products can also simulate voltage dips, transient breaks, surges and other conditions, can also generate distorted waveforms for testing, including the built-in 30 sets of waveforms and clamped sine wave, can be used with the computer graphical control interface SoftPanel, easier to operate.
The 61700 series internal power conversion applies the high frequency switching type principle and adopts the PWM control method, so it not only has high efficiency, but also can output a very clean, voltage distortion less than 0.3% sine wave. The power factor improvement circuit (PFC) is used on the input side, which not only improves power utilization, but also ensures that the input power supply is not polluted. The internal DSP CPU is used as the controller, which is also used to measure the output voltage, current, power, power factor, and crest factor. Users can make various settings with buttons and knobs on the front panel, and see the settings and measurement results on the LCD screen. There are TTL signals on the back panel for system control, and a PC can be used for control via GPIB or RS-232 interface for integration into the system instrumentation.
The 61700 series has its own self-diagnostic test every time it is turned on and has complete protection functions, including: over power (OP), over current (OC), over voltage (OV) and over temperature (OT) protection, to ensure its quality and reliability for demanding engineers to test and automated test system applications.
