The P6251 is a passive high impedance oscilloscope probe. The probe is designed and calibrated for use with instruments having an input impedance of 1MΩ in parallel with a 20pF capacitor. Furthermore, the probe can compensate for instruments with input capacitances from 10 to 30 pF. The probe is available in two settings, with a slide switch to select either a 1x or 10x attenuation ratio.
