High Performance Square Wave
The SDG1000X breaks the 60 MHz channel bandwidth limitation using a specialized square wave generation circuit to obtain a high performance square wave.
- The SDG1000X series has a 60 MHz bandwidth, yet has a 60 MHz high-performance square wave.
- Rise/fall time less than 4.2 ns
- Square waves have jitter performance consistent with pulse waves

Innovative EasyPulse technology
When the DDS method outputs a square wave/pulse, if the sampling rate is not an integer multiple of the output frequency, a jitter of one sampling period will be generated. EasyPulse technology overcomes this shortcoming; it produces square wave and pulse signals with low jitter, in addition to the following advantages:
- Pulse frequency up to 12.5 MHz
- Rise and fall times can be set as fast as 16.8 ns respectively
- Finely adjustable pulse width down to 32.6 ns
- Duty cycle as low as 0.001%
- low jitter

TrueArb Waveform Technology
The innovative TrueArb technology is used to overcome the jitter and distortion produced by DDS technology. Because TrueArb utilizes point-by-point output technology, no waveform information is lost and the following advantages are specified:
- 16 kpts waveform length for finer waveform details
- 14 bit vertical resolution for higher signal fidelity
- With the standard EasyWave PC software, you can generate and output the signals you need.
