IT-N6900 series can realize various combinations of voltage and current output under fixed power, and a single power supply can satisfy the test of different objects to be tested with high voltage and low current or high current and low voltage, and at the same time, because the output of power supply voltage and current is controlled by the limit power, it will be shown in the switching of voltage and current auto range.
List Programming Functions
The IT-N6900's LIST operation can provide up to 100 steps of sequence output, with a total of 10 sequence files that can be edited. Users can generate various output change sequences by editing the sequence operation with steps such as voltage, current, time, and whether or not to cycle through the steps for each individual step. Parameters in the sequence operation include time units.
CC&CV Prioritization Function
The IT-N6900 series adopts the CC/CV priority concept, which can help users solve a variety of severe problems in long-term test applications, making applications requiring high power supply speed or no overshoot more flexible. Users can select the CV priority mode to get a faster voltage creep rate for test scenarios requiring high voltage speed, or the CC priority mode with no overshoot of the output current for testing objects to be tested with constant current operating characteristics. It is suitable for applications such as laser testing, integrated circuit testing, charge/discharge testing, and power transient simulation and characterization for automotive electronics.
Foldback protection function
IT-N6900 supports a number of protection functions such as OVP/ UVP/ OCP/ OPP/ OTP/ Foldback, etc. Among them, the Foldback protection function is mainly used to shut down the output when the power supply is switched from CV/CC to protect certain objects to be measured that are sensitive to voltage overshoot and current overshoot. Users can specify the working mode and set the protection delay time, if the current working mode is switched, the protection will be triggered when the delay time is exhausted and the output will be shut down.
