The IT-M3900D series is a single output programmable DC power supply with a compact design that saves rack space. Meanwhile, the wide-range output design can provide a wider range of voltage and current combinations within the specified power range, which makes it more flexible to be used as multiple power supplies, and the CC/CV priority allows the user to switch the priority output modes according to the different needs of the objects to be tested, which, together with the high-precision and high-speed product features as well as a variety of standard communication interfaces, simplifies and accelerates the test development, and it is widely applicable to meet diversified test applications in the laboratory, production line and automatic test system. It is widely used in laboratories, production lines and automated test systems to meet diversified test applications.

ITECH has been adhering to the concept of high power density design to help customers to optimize the test solution. IT-M3900D series adopts compact structure design to effectively save rack space, and can provide up to 6kW power output in 1U frame and up to 12kW power output in 2U frame, which makes ITECH's entire high power density product line more complete and comprehensive.

Wide range output design, one for many power supplies

IT-M3900D series has 25 models, with output voltage from 10V~1500V and output current up to 1020A. The wide range output design provides users with more voltage and current combinations than traditional fixed range output DC power supplies, making the use more flexible. A single power supply can cover a wide range of user application requirements, significantly reducing the complexity of the power supply system setup and occupied space.

CC&CV Prioritization Function

CC/CV prioritization can continue to help users solve various severe problems in long-term test applications, making applications that require power supply high speed or no overshoot more flexible.The CC&CV prioritization function of the IT-M3900D allows users to select the response speed of the CC/CV loop and the loop operation mode to determine whether the output is in voltage high speed mode or current no overshoot mode, which is suitable for applications such as high-power IC testing, charge/discharge testing, automotive electronics simulation and characterization of power supply transients, etc. such as high-power IC testing, charge/discharge testing, and power transient simulation and characterization for automotive electronics.

Highly efficient parallel technology

Considering the convenience and versatility of users, IT-M3900D utilizes the master/slave control mode, which can parallel 16 or even more machines, and at the same time adopts the fiber-optic paralleling technology, which fully solves the problems of slow speed and poor accuracy that exist in the traditional paralleling method, and is suitable for calibration and metrology, R&D labs, production lines, and ATE test setups.
