CC&CV Prioritization Function
The IT6500C proposes the concept of CV/CC prioritization, which helps users to solve various severe problems in long-term test applications, and makes applications requiring high-speed or overshoot-free power supply more flexible. Users can select the response speed of the CV/CC loop and the loop operation mode to decide whether the output is in voltage high-speed mode or current no-overshoot mode, which is suitable for applications such as testing of high-power integrated circuits, charge/discharge testing, and simulation and characterization of power transients in automotive electronics.
Fast edge, supports independent setting of edge time in various modes
Each model of the IT6500C/D series has the same edge build-up time, both stand-alone and in parallel. Take the IT6522C for example:
1) Rise and fall time <3ms under voltage 30V or less, 0-90% with load.
2) At full voltage, no-load dropout time (without power dissipator) <30ms, (with power dissipator) <5ms
3) Dynamic response time <3ms;
Whether in power or load mode, the IT6500 has adjustable rising and falling edges, and various modes (source CV, CC, CP, load CC, CP) support setting the rising and falling time with a setting range of 1ms-24h.
