Multiple modes of operation
The IT8200E series can turn on the Rectified rectification function in AC mode, so that the load operates in the first and third quadrants, and the voltage and current are always in the same direction. At this time, users can select the waveform integrity, including full wave, positive half wave, and negative half wave.
Crest factor CF 1.414-5.0
The crest factor indicates the extreme peaks of the waveform. For applications that require a pure sine wave, it is desired that the CF of the load-side current waveform be 1.414 or as close as possible. However, in practice, the peak shape of the load current waveform may become very sharp, and its CF is often greater than 1.414, at which time the starting point of the sine wave is shifted positively by a few degrees from 0 degrees, so the user needs to correct the waveform. Therefore, users need to correct the waveform. IT8200E's crest factor (CF) value can be adjusted from 1.414 to 5.0, and also allows users to set the phase shift angle from -90 º ~ 90 º to correct the resultant amplitude, so that the RMS value remains unchanged. This allows more accurate simulation of field test conditions to ensure the reliability of the unit under test (UUT).
