Streaming Waveform ID gives users immediate access to 16,383 sequential steps over an Ethernet network connection. For applications such as quantum computing, electronic warfare threat simulations, and radar receivers with jamming signal testing, dynamic technical modifications are required to quickly change waveforms in a scenario to replicate real-world simulations with unprecedented accuracy. Streaming Waveform ID also provides direct programming access, allowing you to do more during time-critical tests.

Building multi-emitter RF signaling environments made easy
In recent years, there have been proposals for communications systems to operate in the radar band, thereby reducing the distance between the radar and RF signal environments. Tektronix has installed a specific waveform creation plug-in for the current arbitrary waveform generator, enabling engineers to create a specific RF environment for many specific applications.
Supported applications include simulation/emulation of any real-world wireless scenario/environment monitored by EW, radar receivers with jamming signals, as well as phased array antennas and MIMO.
Environment Plug-in for Arbitrary Waveform Generator
Features of the new environment plugin include:
- Ability to create multiple scenes and assign them to different AWG channels in a single compilation. The user can create up to 50 scenes.
- Scenes consist of individual RF emitter signals, with up to 100 user-defined emitters per scene.
