TH2851 series impedance analyzer is a new generation of impedance test instrument successfully developed by Changzhou Tonghui Electronics using the current international advanced automatic balancing bridge principle, which is the latest height of domestic impedance test instrument.
TH2851 series impedance analyzer completely subverted the complex and cumbersome operation interface of traditional domestic instruments, based on Windows 10 operating system, realizing the full computerized operation interface, making the test smarter and simpler.
TH2851 series impedance analyzer also completely surpassed the 120MHz frequency bottleneck of similar foreign instruments; solved the defects of similar foreign instruments that can only be analyzed and cannot be individually tested; the Chinese and English operation interface also solved the embarrassment of the English interface of the foreign instruments only; adopted the two interfaces of single measurement and analysis, which makes the test simpler.
The fast 2.5ms test speed and impedance range of up to 40MΩ meets the measurement requirements of components and materials, and is especially beneficial for low loss (D) capacitors and high quality factor (Q) inductors. The four-terminal port configuration effectively eliminates the influence of electromagnetic coupling of the test line and extends the lower limit of low-impedance testing capability downward by a factor of ten compared to conventional five-terminal configurations.

The application of broadband automatic zeroing type auto-balancing bridge technology can achieve ideal 10% measurement accuracy in 10Hz-130MHz frequency, 25mΩ-40MΩ impedance range, of which the highest accuracy reaches 0.08%, which is much higher than the accuracy of impedance analyzers and network analyzers of RF reflection measurement method.

- Segmented Scanning Function
Segment scanning is to set different frequency segments for scanning in one scanning cycle, different levels and offsets can be set during scanning, and the scanning result is directly displayed graphically, which is used for scanning needs that require fast screening of multiple frequency band parameters.
If a crystal resonator needs to be tested for nominal resonance/anti-resonance frequencies as well as other spurious frequencies, the Segmented Sweep function allows the measurement to be scanned over a specific frequency range without scanning for uncorrelated frequencies.
- Powerful cursor analysis
TH2851 series precision impedance analyzer has a powerful cursor analysis capability, which can realize the following functions by cursor:
- Reading the value of the measurement result (as an absolute value or as a relative value with respect to a reference point)
- Finding a specific point on a curve (cursor find)
- Analyzing curve measurements and calculating statistics
- Use cursor values to modify the scanning range and vertical scale.
The TH2851 can display 10 cursors on each curve, including the reference cursor.
Each cursor has an excitation value (the value corresponding to the X-axis of the coordinate system) and a response value (the value corresponding to the Y-axis of the coordinate system).
The Cursor Find function allows searching for the following conditional measurement points:

1) Curve sorting function
All or part of the scanning curve test value can be qualified / unqualified judgment, commonly used in resonance curve screening such as piezoelectric components and other resonance frequency.
2) Equivalent circuit analysis test
Different types of real-life devices can be equated to simple three-parameter, four-model, four-parameter, three-model impedance devices. The Equivalent Circuit Analysis test provides seven basic circuit models for equating these devices.
You can compare the impedance fitting curves of the simulated equivalent circuit parameter values with the actual measured impedance curves, and you can also fit them according to the selected model by the parameters you enter.
Equivalent circuit models can be directly exported to TXT files for users to save and use.
3) Crystal Oscillator Analysis (Piezo Device Analysis)
Measurement and performance analysis of a crystal oscillator is carried out to obtain important parameters such as resonant frequency, anti-resonant frequency, quality factor, etc. of the crystal after measurement and calculation.
At the same time, for other piezoelectric devices such as piezoelectric ceramic filters, piezoelectric ceramic traps, piezoelectric ceramic frequency discriminator, piezoelectric ceramic transformer, high-power ultrasonic generator, transducer (oscillator), surface acoustic wave devices, electroacoustic devices and so on can be tested for such as static capacitance, loss, resonance frequency, anti-resonance frequency, mechanical coupling coefficient and other parameters.
4) Comparison of curve trajectories
Curve Trajectory Comparison is used for continuous measurements of the measured part, with all curves displayed in the same coordinate system. By the following two applications:

2) TH26088 Magnetic Permeability Test Fixture
The TH26088 accurately measures the permeability of toroidal magnetic materials. Since the fixture is constructed with a toroidal coil wrapped around one turn (no magnetic leakage), there is no need for a wire wrapped around a toroidal coil, and it allows for a wide range of frequency coverage. It comes with one small and one large fixture to accommodate a wide range of sizes, making it an ideal structure for measuring magnetic materials.
