TH283X series is a new generation of low-budget cost, high-performance compact LCR digital bridge, using the latest technology and high-density circuit design, condensing the essence of large-scale LCR tester, compact and small. Eliminate the traditional mechanical power switch, using software to control the power switch. 0.05% basic accuracy and good test stability comparable to high-end models. Equipped with 4.3-inch LCD display and newly upgraded interface system, it is beautiful and easy to operate. The instrument provides rich interfaces and is compatible with standard SCPI commands, so it can be conveniently composed of various test systems to meet the various needs of inspection, production and scientific research.

A. High performance, small size (can test DC resistance R at the same time)DC)Functional Features

The large 4.3-inch LCD display shows both setup parameters and test results (DC resistance RDC can be tested and displayed at the same time), and the function keys corresponding to the display functions provide quicker operation. The instrument also provides a Measurement Display 2 function, which allows users to quickly sort and set up test products and display results.

B. Empty fixture judgment

      This function can help the user to troubleshoot poor contact or short circuit of the test fixture. If this function is turned on, the instrument will automatically take the value after multiplying the nominal value by 0.05 as the lower limit and the value after multiplying the nominal value by 100 as the upper limit according to the nominal value in the Limit Setting page. Any value beyond this upper and lower limit is regarded as an open or short-circuit of the fixture, and the instrument will stop outputting the sorting result signal of the HANDLER, so as to prevent erroneous judgment results from being output.

C.Intelligent zero function

     The TH2830 series offers two types of calibration. One is open and short circuit correction for all frequency points using the insertion method. The other is open, short and load correction for the currently set frequency points. 201 calibration points are available.

D. Multi-point list test

      The List Scan function allows automatic scanning of up to 201 points of test frequency, test level or DC bias. By using this function, the user can quickly and clearly obtain the trend of the characteristics of the test object, and determine the suitability of the test object for the actual application.

E. Convenient and fast file sorting test function

      The TH2830's built-in comparison function divides the component under test into up to 10 steps (BIN1 through BIN9 and BIN OUT). Nine pairs of primary parameter limits and one pair of secondary parameter limits can be set. The user can be presented with a visual display of the number of steps or counts, as well as an audible and visual alarm.

F.Rich interface function

    The TH2830 series testers provide the user with a Handler interface, which is primarily used for the output of the instrument's sorting results. When the instrument is used in an automatic component sorting test system, this interface provides the contact signal with the system and the output signal of sorting results. The tester also provides RS232C, USB DEVICE, and GPIB (optional) interfaces for remote data communication. These interfaces are ideally suited to the requirements of automation applications on the market today.
