TH6XX modular wire and cable test system is the same as the electronic wire testing R & D and user experience based on years of experience, using the latest technology to design a new generation of wire tester.
The TH6XX series has 4-wire measurement channels ranging from 320 to 1280 CH. Conductivity tests are available down to 1 μΩ and withstand voltages up to AC2000V/DC3000V.

Functional Features
- ms-level high-speed short circuit break test judgment (Patent No.: 201210021127.2)
Short break test is the most commonly used basic measurement function of the harness cable tester, short break test rate size reflects the efficiency of the harness test.
Given that the maximum number of test channels of this system can be up to thousands of roads, therefore, the short break test speed will seriously affect the instrument test efficiency. This system innovates and develops the patented bifurcation method short circuit measurement technology, so that the short circuit test will no longer become a bottleneck in the improvement of test efficiency.
- 1A constant-current, four-wire measurement ensures accurate measurement of weld resistance
Welding points, riveting points, fasteners and other contact resistance, usually mΩ or even μΩ level, the conventional harness test using constant voltage method or small current constant current method is difficult to achieve the desired measurement resolution and test accuracy.
TH6XX series products rely on the company's many years of weak signal testing technology accumulation, the use of proprietary μΩ level contact resistance measurement technology, to ensure that the μΩ level of tiny contact resistance testing is stable, reliable and highly repeatable:
- a) Increase the constant current source current to 1A using the DC constant current test method;
- b) Adopting four-wire measurement technology, effectively eliminating the test error caused by the voltage drop of test lead resistance;
- c) Supports fast short-circuit clearing and stable minimum test resolution up to 1μΩ.
d) During the tiny resistance test, there is a metal contact thermopotential of several μV to tens of μV in the test connection system, and this thermopotential varies continuously with the temperature of the system and the external environment. Therefore, eliminating the influence of the thermal potential becomes a major factor in the stable measurement of the system. This system can quickly and reliably eliminate the influence of the contact thermopotential to ensure the stable measurement of μΩ-level contact resistance.
- Supports thermistor (NTC) measurements
The harness system under test often contains thermistor (NTC) elements, and testing the NTC element involves testing both the resistance value and the temperature, and determining that the NTC resistance is within the upper and lower limits set by the user at a specific temperature.
TH6XX series applies a constant voltage to both ends of the NTC resistor under test, samples the voltage and current respectively, and finally calculates the NTC resistance value. At the same time, the system obtains the current temperature T0 based on the measurement of the built-in temperature sensor, and obtains the corresponding upper and lower limits of the NTC in T0 environment in the R-T table provided by the customer, and automatically judges whether it is qualified or not.
The instrument supports NTC one-touch setting.
- Separation of high and low voltage, wider range and higher precision insulation resistance testing (Patent No. 202310166151.3)
Harness testing, involving short circuit breaks, conduction, components, AC impedance, voltage, insulation and other parameters of the test, different parameters of the measurement technology is different, a variety of high and low voltage, AC and DC signals interfere with each other, will seriously affect the insulation between the channel and reduce the stability of the insulation test and the scope of the test.
TH6XX adopts the patented technology of high and low voltage separation, which isolates the high and low voltage, high and low frequency signals from each other, effectively solving the key technical problem of mutual interference between channels, and increasing the instrument's own insulation impedance up to 100GΩ, so that the insulation resistance test range reaches more than 1GΩ.
- Multiple high-voltage measurement techniques to ensure efficient system testing (Patent No. 201810815965.4)
TH6XX series of products built-in dichotomy, a pair of other, all to ground, automatic test and adjacent feet test a variety of high-voltage test methods, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, greatly enhance the test efficiency.
- Contact check function
In the wiring harness system, battery welding point and other production testing, the number of test points is huge, as many as hundreds or even thousands of test points, test line connection failure, troubleshooting will be a very difficult task. Due to frequent testing, test line, tooling, molds, etc. and the test point of the test piece will produce poor contact conditions, once the contact is poor, device parameters, voltage insulation and other defective products may be judged to be qualified, especially in the automatic testing process, if there is no real-time test line contact check, once the above contact is poor, it will produce a batch of product misjudgment, resulting in major product quality accidents.
TH6XX series products are equipped with real-time and efficient hardware test line contact checking function, which can eliminate the hidden dangers caused by poor test line contact in advance, guaranteeing reliable testing of the system and improving the user's testing efficiency.
