TH1991/TH1992 series precision source/measurement power supply can output and measure voltage and current at the same time. Current source, voltage source, voltmeter and ammeter functions are integrated in the instrument, and each function can be switched at will.
The TH1991/TH1992 series of precision source/measurement units can output up to ±210V DC voltage, ±3A DC current, and ±10.5A pulsed current, with a minimum of 10fA/100nV power supply and measurement resolution, and support high-speed sampling to generate arbitrary waveforms.
TH1991/TH1992 series precision source/measurement unit series adopts 7-inch capacitive touch screen, with Linux operating system as the underlying, interactive graphical user interface and various display modes, and built-in diodes, transistors, MOS tubes, and IGBT devices such as I/V curve scanning function, without the need to connect to the upper computer can be completed without the IV function of the test, which can significantly improve the test efficiency.
