AFG-100/200 series is a compact and lightweight arbitrary waveform signal source module with DC power supply. It can be seamlessly connected with GDS-2000A series digital oscilloscope and perfectly embedded in GDS-2000A oscilloscope chassis, so that the combination of oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal source, and power supply can greatly save the space of the laboratory table. The AFG-225P is the most compact oscilloscope in the world. The AFG-225P is a dual-channel oscilloscope with 25MHz frequency bandwidth (Sine/Square), 1uHz resolution, and built-in Sine, Square, Pulse, Triangle, and Noise waveforms. For the arbitrary waveform function, both channels provide 120MSa/s sampling rate, 10-bit resolution, 4k record length, and 66 built-in arbitrary waveforms for user selection. In addition, the AFG-225P provides AM/ FM/ PM/ FSK/ SUM/ Bust modulation and sweep functions for various communication applications.
The two channels of the AFG-225P can be configured independently or in association. The AFG-225P provides three types of operations: coupling, tracking, and phase. The AFG-225P also provides 2.5V/3.3V/5V and 0.6A power supply outputs for simple power supply requirements, bringing more convenience to users.
The main features of AFG-100/200 series are output amplitude of 2.5Vpp (connected to 50 ohm load), frequency range up to 25MHz, frequency resolution of 1uHz; built-in sine wave, square wave, triangle wave and noise signal. The square wave can be adjusted from 1% to 99% duty cycle and can be used as a pulse signal. Users can select the built-in 66 kinds of waveforms for arbitrary editing through the FG-APP program of GDS-2000A. AFG-100/200 series can support AM/PM/FSK/SUM modulation, frequency scanning, Burst and coupling functions, which are suitable for various communication fields.
