Chroma 17010 Battery Reliability Test System is a professional charging and discharging test equipment specially developed for testing energy storage components such as lithium-ion battery cells (LIB Cells), electric double layer capacitors (EDLCs) and lithium-ion capacitors (LICs), etc. It is suitable for product development, performance evaluation, life verification and product selection. It is a professional charge/discharge test equipment developed for testing energy storage components such as LIB Cells, Electric Double Layer Capacitors (EDLCs) and Lithium-ion Capacitors (LICs), and is suitable for product development, performance evaluation, life verification and product selection.
The Chroma 17010 system offers two different design architectures, the linear circuit series and the energy recovery series. The linear circuit series provides low output noise and high measurement accuracy, which is suitable for product development and the reliability evaluation of small and medium-sized energy storage devices, while the energy recovery series has the advantages of power saving and low heat generation, which is suitable for standard product life evaluation and the testing of medium-sized and large-sized energy storage devices or power type battery cells.
Chroma 17010 system adopts Battery Lab Expert (Battery LEx) software platform, which enables users to quickly refer to existing recipes or add new recipes through the multi-layer recipe structure to complete the editing and modification of the plan, and the independent data management function of the test object can realize the advantages of the sharing of different test object recipes.
In addition to common charge/discharge test steps, Battery LEx also combines C-rate, OCV-SOC, Q%, condition simulation, and temperature chamber control modes to meet international test standards such as USABC, IEC, and GB/T as well as various types of test applications; the test execution and monitoring design adopts a group management approach to quickly grasp the test conditions, and can also perform a variety of controls in the middle of the test, including step jump, step pause, scheduled pause, and test reset. The test execution and monitoring design adopts the group management method, which is convenient to quickly grasp the test condition, and can also perform various controls during the test, including: step jump, step pause, pause appointment, designated start and test resumption.
Chroma 17010 system integrates a high-precision multifunctional data logger, which can instantly measure the temperature, voltage and pressure of the object to be measured, and advanced as a cut-off and protection conditions, and supports the integration of a variety of brands of constant humidity/temperature chambers, the user can give commands through the chambers to control the work step, and the built-in chambers of the co-movement mechanism and the secondary adjustment function, to enhance the convenience of the operation.
Chroma 17010 system is designed to provide software/hardware detection and protection, equipment anomaly monitoring and optional independent external instrumentation relay hardware detection and protection of the three major safety mechanisms to protect the lithium-ion battery cell test experiment safety.
