Chroma 11200 Capacitor Leakage Current/Insulation Resistance Meter is Chroma's newest digital leakage current meter, providing 1~650V, 0.5~500mA (150mA when V>100V) or 1~800V, 0.5~500mA (50mA when V>100V) DC power supply, with a voltmeter and Nanoanalyte meter, which is mainly used in the following applications It is mainly used for electrolytic capacitor leakage current and aluminum foil withstand voltage test (EIAJ RC-2364A), and can also be applied to surge absorber, Zener diode, neon tube and other products operating voltage inspection and leakage current measurement. With the standard RS-232 interface, optional GPIB & Handler interfaces, and stable measurement performance, the Chroma 11200 can be used in production line as a component characterization solution as well as a desktop instrument for basic leakage current and insulation resistance testing.

The Chroma 11200 is designed as a low noise linear power supply with output DC voltages ranging from 1.0V to 650V/800V, which is suitable for everything from leakage testing of low-voltage capacitors to testing of aluminum foils, with maximum charging currents of 500mA/100V, 150mA/650V, or 50mA/800V, which allows for fast charging of large-capacity products. charging.

To ensure operator safety, the Chroma 11200 continuously monitors the actual output voltage, both during the test and in the operation settings. In addition to displaying the actual output voltage value on the test page, the Chroma 11200 also displays an error message when the output voltage abnormally exceeds 10V on the other operation pages.

In order to achieve fast and complete discharge after testing, the Chroma 11200 has a built-in 65W/50W multi-stage constant power discharge circuit, which is able to meet the rapid discharge requirements of charging large capacitors.

Chroma 11200 comes standard with an RS-232 interface for R&D or QA applications to remotely control the instrument and collect test data, while GPIB & Handler interfaces are available for automation needs.
