- Instruments with advanced power measurement and analysis (PWR) capabilities capture phase response, Tg, and Q(Tg) plots for impedance measurements, and support the use of differential probes to test the information needed to plot baud plots
- Instrument with Wide Bandgap Dual Pulse Test (WBG-DPT) adds improved level determination for switching and timing analysis
- Instruments with I3C Decode and Trigger (SRI3C) Capabilities More Powerful Search and Trigger Functions
- Instruments with NFC wireless protocol decode and search (RFNFC) capabilities add support for ISO/IEC 14443B and FeliCa standards
