5560A High-Performance Multi-Product Calibrator with Full Workload Coverage
The 5560A is capable of calibrating popular benchtop 6.5-digit multimeters with a test uncertainty ratio (TUR) of better than 4:1, and can calibrate clamp-on ammeters up to 1500 A and oscilloscopes up to 2.1 GHz.
