1. Four-quadrant source/trap mode
Four-quadrant operation mode, as a voltage source and or current source, and synchronized measurement of current and or voltage. The first and third quadrants, i.e., the voltage and current are in the same direction, and the source meter supplies power to other devices, known as the source mode; the second and fourth quadrants, i.e., the voltage and current are reversed, and other devices are discharged to the source meter, and the source meter passively absorbs the incoming current and can provide a return path for the current, known as the trap mode. It can also limit the size of the voltage or current output to prevent device damage.
2, DC and pulse output, 100V/100A wide range test
It can output or draw voltage up to ±100V, current 30A (DC) / 100A (pulse), maximum DC power 300W, maximum pulse power 5000W.
3、Multi-functional integration, high flexibility
The HCP series of high-precision SMUs combines the functions of a constant voltage source, constant current source, voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, precision electronic load, and pulse generator to perform automatic current-voltage (I-V) characterization.
4、High speed pulse output and measurement
The HCP series has a minimum programmable pulse width of 80μs, a programmable pulse resolution of 1μs, and a pulse programming accuracy of ±5μs, which minimizes the effects of self-heating during testing and provides greater control flexibility. A single instrument can output up to 100A of pulse current, and multiple units can be connected in parallel.
5、Visualization operation, standardized testing
It can be used as a benchtop I-V characterization tool or as a component of a multi-channel I-V test system.I/O interface and trigger, maximum voltage 5V, support for external triggering, trigger polarity can be configured; the use of USB memory device to achieve greater data and program storage space. Configuration of PssSMUTools special host computer software, without programming can be fast and simple to execute the test.
