Goodwell Electronics introduces a new series of Benchtop Battery Internal Resistance Testers, GBM-3000 series, which uses AC 1kHz as the test signal to measure battery voltage and internal resistance to 1000V (GBM-3100H) / 300V (GBM-3300) and 80V (GBM-3080). The series features 3.5" TFT LCD, 4-wire measurement method, high-resolution (6-bit voltage / 5-bit resistance) measurement display capability, as well as independent GO / NOGO voltage and resistance determination, various communication interfaces, etc., to meet the needs of various types of battery measurements, such as single cells, battery cells to final products (batteries), etc., so as to allow users to realize accurate measurements at various production stages of production to achieve accurate measurements.
The GBM-3000 series provides excellent capabilities for measuring open circuit voltage and resistance for various types of batteries. Voltage measurements are accurate to ± (0.01% reading + 5 digits) with a measurement resolution of up to 10μV (at 8V). Resistance measurement accuracy up to ± (0.5% reading + 5 bits), measurement resolution up to 0.1μΩ (3mΩ when) especially suitable for the battery single measurement of the sort, which is in order to achieve the subsequent series and parallel connection better output balance. At the same time, in order to facilitate users to quickly and clearly interpret the measurement results, GBM-3000 series according to the voltage and resistance respectively HI / LO determination, and can be switched to a simple (large digital display) mode to meet the requirements of the test accuracy, clear, easy to read, can improve the efficiency of the inspection.
In addition to excellent measurement capabilities, the GBM-3000 series offers many features to ensure validity and convenience. To ensure validity, the test lead (probe) contact status detection function is effective in prompting the user whether the test lead (probe) and DUT are in good contact or not to ensure the validity of the measured values. In terms of convenience, the GBM-3000 series offers two data storage methods (up to 10,000 measurements). The "General Storage" stores only the measured voltage and resistance values; the "Statistical Storage" has the relevant parameters for statistical analysis (Cp / Ckp / Mean / MAX / MIN ...). The "Statistical memory" has the relevant parameters for statistical analysis (Cp / Ckp / Mean / MAX / MIN ...). The user can first store the data from the measurement process in the internal memory and then transfer the data via USB to a computer for subsequent analysis without being limited to the connection to the computer.
In addition, for transmission and storage of measurement results, the GBM-3000 series offers RS-232C / USB devices (virtual COM) for programming and retrieval.Handler for external trigger control via PLC. All interfaces are equipped as standard, which not only saves instrument costs, but also meets the requirements of using different automatic measurement systems.
