Reduce test setup, execution and analysis time
Setting up and running tests is quick and easy, with no need to write test programs. The DAQ6510 Data Acquisition and Recording Multimeter System's intuitive touch screen provides easy configuration, as well as visual intuitive test setup, real-time visual information on scanning status to catch problems early to avoid lost test time, and easy analysis of test data.
specificities
- Configuration: Set up multi-channel scanning with multiple measurement functions using one measurement and scanning configuration menu.
- Run and Monitor: Display scanning progress during testing, instantly view out-of-range measurements and exceeded limits.
- Analyze: Display and analyze results using graphing and statistical functions. Drill down into the results using the touchscreen's finger-open/close zoom function. Use the cursor to calculate statistics about segments of data.

- Voltage: 100 nV to 1000 V, basic DCV accuracy 0.0025%
- Current: 10 pA to 3A
- Resistance: 1μΩ to 120MΩ
- Capacitance: 0.1 pF to 100 μF
- Temperature measurement using thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors and thermistors (temperature range -200°C to 1820°C)
- 1 M samples/second, 16-bit digitizer and memory for 7 million readings
- More options for test systems with 12 plug-in switching modules and up to 80 channels of capacity
Streaming and logging data to ensure cloud-based data visualization
Now you can stream data from the DAQ6510 and create real-time IoT dashboards and data visualizations that can be accessed anywhere!
specificities
- Monitor and record data streams from the DAQ6510 in real-time, directly from anywhere, without an intermediate PC.
- Get email and text alerts using triggers based on measurement thresholds and other math rules.
- Access, visualize, archive, share, transform and analyze current and historical data from anywhere - no installation required.
- Create dashboards for standardization, repeatability and readability.
- Stacking, time dilation and comparing datasets across test runs
Reduced testing time
Maximize data collection in the shortest possible time. Measure faster, switch channels faster, and scan more channels.
specificities
- Measurements as short as 0.0005 power line cycles or 8.3 µs (10 µs) on a 60 Hz (50 Hz) power line.
- Scanning at 800 channels per second using a solid-state multiplexer plug-in switch module.
- Scan up to 80 2-pole channels to test a statistically significant number of DUTs in a single test.
Fast and reliable connection to your DUT
If you start connecting via the terminal block D-sub connections of many of its plug-in switch modules, the DAQ6510 can increase your productivity even before you start testing. This can minimize downtime when replacing plug-in switching modules during system maintenance or when you're setting up a new test system.
Choose from a complete set of interface options
Easily integrate standard LAN, LXI and USB interfaces into your test system. (The (optional) field-installable GPIB and RS-232 interfaces include six digital I/O ports for direct inter-instrument synchronization and communication. The DAQ6510 is easy to use with any PC interface of your choice.
Rapid PC Automation with the KickStart Data Acquisition App
Quickly program data acquisition tests on a PC using KickStart Instrument Control Software. The software does not require programming. Simply use the menu screens to enter test settings. Results will then be displayed in both tabular and graphical formats.

Easy environmental testing and accelerated service life testing
Quickly set up tests with a statistically significant number of devices using the touch screen monitor. Monitor test status during a test. View data in graphical or tabular form on the touch screen.
specificities
- Use a single DAQ6510 host to test up to 80 devices in a single setup.
- If necessary, the TSP-Link® interface can be used to expand to more channels to connect and control multiple DAQ6510 hosts.
- Temperatures in the range of -200°C to 1820°C can be monitored by using any of 8 different thermocouples, 5 different RTDs or 3 different thermistors.
- Set limits and define critical channels to be monitored during testing to be informed of problems as soon as they occur.
- Store test data on an external USB drive or PC to ensure that important data is not lost.
- Program the DAQ6510 to restart after a power failure to minimize lost test time during evenings and weekends.
