TH9130 Multi-function Comprehensive Safety Analyzer

TH9130 series multifunctional safety comprehensive analyzer is designed for the full performance safety testing of electronic and electrical equipment. Including AC/DC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, grounding resistance, conduction test, electrical performance and leakage current and other safety test functions.

Withstand voltage test: Output power AC: 500VA (5kV/100mA, 5kV/40mA), DC: 120VA (6kv/20mA, 6kV/12mA), so it can be used to do the withstand voltage test for high-power electrical appliances, motors and other aspects of the equipment, but also can do the same test on the parts.

Insulation resistance test: display range 0.1MΩ-50GΩ, test voltage 50V-5000V arbitrary settings.

Ground resistance test: current up to 40A, and test voltage can be set. It can also be carried out at the same time with the withstand voltage test, which greatly shortens the test time and improves the test efficiency.

The electrical performance test detects the operation of high power equipment of 277V/16A up to 4500W.

Leakage Current Test: Supports a variety of human body impedance simulation circuits MD, which can detect leakage current to ground, surface-to-ground leakage current, and surface-to-surface leakage current through eight DUT power states.

The instrument is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, which allows direct touch-control operation of the instrument, with all test modes, times, voltages, currents, resistance values, and test steps displayed on the same screen. There is also a list display mode, which shows multi-step settings and sequential test results.

The instrument is equipped with RS-232C, USB, HANDLER suitable for test system use, and optional GPIB, making the instrument adaptable to a variety of different needs for high security and reliability of automatic test systems.

TH9130 series multifunctional safety comprehensive tester built-in dual amplifier technology, synchronous output of high voltage and high current, support voltage withstand and grounding synchronous test, greatly reducing the production line test time.

D. Simultaneous testing of voltage withstand/grounding wire to ensure correct and valid test results

Test the withstand voltage at the same time, detect whether the grounding wire contact is good, if the grounding wire contact is poor or suddenly disconnected during the test, stop the withstand voltage test, to ensure that the withstand voltage test results are accurate, to avoid misjudgement caused by poor grounding wire.
